The kindergarten building divides the territory into three zones: the main entrance area, the playgrounds, and the utility area. The playgrounds form a structural composition and are paired according to the children’s age groups. In the center of the courtyard, there is a multifunctional playground (children's theater) for games, learning, and joint activities for all age groups.

The main idea of the architectural appearance is to create an expressive and laconic silhouette for the modular volume and planning structure of the building.

The façade solutions are based on the following principles:

  • conciseness – the use of three main colors;
  • contrast – the combination of different types of finishing materials – clinker tiles, metal sheets;
  • identity – the pattern of the white part of the façade refers to the historical planning structure of Blagoveshchensk, and the golden color of the metal panels symbolizes the rising sun – Blagoveshchensk is one of the first cities in Russia to see the sunrise;
  • modularity – the overall façade solution emphasizes the modularity of the planning structure.
  • personalization – the ability to combine finishing materials.

A special feature of the façades is the use of profiled metal sheets with an individual pattern that creates an interesting play of light and shadow under different lighting conditions.
