Long ago, the people who worked at the railway station and the river port lived in wooden houses here. These industrial and transportation facilities were the driving force behind the development of the area. This spot on the Belaya River served as a junction for water and rail transport. Over time, the context changed. The existing residential buildings became dilapidated, and the requirements for urban space evolved, necessitating an update. The complex features of the site (significant relief differences, tram tracks, and proximity to Lenina Street, an important transportation and pedestrian artery in the city) and the rich context of the location allowed for the creation of unique architectural and spatial solutions.
