The shape of the object was influenced by a site with a significant longitudinal slope along the north-south axis. We used the base elevation difference of 8 meters to create a multi-level planning structure for the building (the educational blocks cascade down the slope). The landscaping areas are located on terraces connected by amphitheater stairs and ramps, resulting in a multi-level landscaping and a reduction in the number of retaining walls. The exits from the different functional blocks of the building are located at different levels, which not only structures the movement around the building, but also contributes to a variety of scenarios for using the outdoor space. The elevation difference allowed us to create a two-level dining hall with access on different floors, providing a convenient separation between students of higher and lower grades.

Фасадное решение
The accent elements of the façades are colored inclined supports, which penetrate the building to the full height. On the façades, the columns highlight the entrance groups for the elementary school, high school and an additional entrance for the local community. Inside the building, the inclined columns become a kind of interior art objects and navigation elements.
Фасад современной постройки
The general layout structure of the building allows for its use outside of school hours. District residents have access to the following groups of rooms: gyms, workshops, an assembly hall, a dining room, and a library-media room.
