The courtyard area of the blocks is equipped with walking paths, children's playgrounds on natural hills, sports grounds, and recreation areas for adults. To preserve the ecological potential of the area, the project includes the principle of car-free courtyards. Parking spaces are located along the perimeter of the blocks, as well as in car parks integrated into the terrain.
The development is formed by buildings of 3 series that differ in appearance but are united by the materials used for the façade decoration. This principle allows to create an atmosphere of diverse urban development surrounded by a forest.
The residential buildings of Series No. 1 are distinguished by their pronounced overall silhouette and laconic stucco façades, which create a unique image in symbiosis.
The residential buildings of Series No. 2 are composed of volumes with flat and pitched roofs. The interplay of protruding and recessed parts creates the impression that the building consists of several small structures. This makes the development more human-scaled. The pitched roofs harmoniously blend in with the existing forest landscape.
The residential buildings of Series No. 3 are distinguished by their peculiar strictness and academicism. This is expressed in the combination of textures (plaster and brick) and in the design of the façade details (air conditioning grilles resemble brickwork patterns).

The color solutions of the façades reflect the principle of contextuality, as well as the formation of diversity through the combination of colors and finishing materials. The façades are decorated with stucco and brick. The color palette is dominated by white, beige, gray, and brown shades, with terracotta accents. The architectural solutions are designed to create a highly functional and comfortable environment for future residents.
